As a tenant, you are responsible for setting up and paying for the following utilities:
- Electricity (Green Mountain Power)
- Natural Gas (Vermont Gas Company) - if applicable
- Internet/Cable/Phone services
Water and sewer are typically included in your rent. Please verify with your lease agreement.
Moving Tip
Schedule utility connections at least 3-5 business days before your move-in date to ensure services are active when you arrive. Some utilities may require deposits for new accounts.
